hehes~! yo guys!
okays, so once again another long day.
went out zahara-chan today! wakakaka~
so lets see, we started off with meeting each other at je bus interchange and we train-ed to douby ghaut. Actually, we went cause zahara here wants to get a guitar carpo for her guitar. So i was suggesting her that she could purchase one at parklane mall at douby ghaut. so yeah! thats out it ended up.
Well, i certainly DID sweat and lose weight today. wanna know y? 'Cause when we reached our destination, we kinda got lost. Since i havent been to douby ghaut for like a year, my memory of that place was kinda vague. We WERE supposed to head to parklane mall. UNFORTUNATELY, thanks to short memory, i only remember the front word which was "park" something mall. so when got out from the train station, we saw this "park mall" and we thought, this was it. AND when we got there, we were asking the security guard if there were any music shops in the mall. And guess what, it was the wrong place! so he gave us the map and showed us the way to the "RIGHT" mall. Zahara was complaining that we both looked like idiots who were tourists in singapore carrying a map. =.=! talk about lost sheeps here. DANG!
It was a rather LONG + tiring walk to the place. I had to admit, my sense of direction was really BAD. We were like walking in circles and crossing countless roads just to reach our place and it turned out to be a straight way ahead! GAH! AND, that old annoying obbachan (grandmother) was yanking away that her soles hurt and would like to see down. SHEESH! i didnt noe she was THAT type of person. By the time we reached there, we were sweating and panting like hell, like as if we just came back from a maraton! =__=! So yeah, went to look at the guitar shops (there were so many to choose from) *0*. i was drooling non-stop. After looking around, we mananged to get a guitar carpo for zahara at 10 bucks! HAH! XP
We left the mall and headed to the...MOVIES! YEAH! ^_^v We went to The Cathay. WOAHHH.its been a long time since i've been there. It was the same HUGE place alright, known for its huge cinemas i guess. we headed straight to the cinemas which was like located at the TOP 2 FLOORS?! lvl 6-7 O_O! we the took the escalators, and believe me, it was a LONG way up. Only to be suprised that there was actually a lift, just that we were too stubborn to know that it even existed. =.=! bought the tickets and we slacked in the mall for like 1hr 30mins?! we're gonna watch The Ramen Girl. so yeah, immediately we went to sit as our legs were aching like hell. oh yah! we even watch this "scene" LIVE by this couple, who was right infront of us. the girl was like crying ... some relationship problems i guess.. and when the guy wanted to leave, the girl was like clinging on to him and being dragged. i was like telling zahara that we could put aside our tickets and watch this instead! POPCORNS PLEASE! ahahs! i know, we're aunties eavesdropping on their convo and i didnt know zahara was interested in this kind of thing!
so yah, we window-shopped and slacked and sit alot until its finally time! bought hotdogs and coke. YUMYUM. I actually finished it when the the movie just started. LOL! movie was okay i guess. there were some hilarious parts(i laughed alot actually) but i dont really like the storyline? Kinda because it had an abrupt ending. and zahara was sulking when it comes to the kissing scene. HAHA! you should've seen her face man! XDDDD~ After that, it was time to head home, only to find out that it was raining. As usual, that zahara didnt bring her umbrella, so i had to share mine with her. Walked back to douby ghaut mrt station and home sweet home.
