♥ CCA fair~ ♥

hey guys..
hahhas..sry that i havent been updating my blog nowadays..
i can only go online once a week..T-T due to so much work these days..
Anyways, ytd was CCA fair where we had to showcase our CCA to the sec1 so that they can choose a CCA that is to their liking. It was pretty hectic though..woke up about 5am as reporting time was 7am. i would say everything was in chaos..met up with zahara and farah at the concourse. many ppl were running about in the band room doing different things all at the same time! everthing happened really fast... i had to set up my clarinet,wear my tie and blazer, check my outfit,carry stands and scores to the hall and settle down for a final rehersal.
then about like 8.40 am..parents started coming into the hall and at about 9.00am,..the whole event started. the 1st part was rather draggy..and i almost fell asleep. there were 3 speeches altogether and it lasted bout like 9.45am?! finally the real concert began. 1st was by the chinese orchrestra,followed by angklung,choir,english drama club,the malay cultural club, CONCERT BAND, and lastly,chinese and malay dance. the one i find most interesting was actually the chinese dance..i mean cant u believe it?! they actually dance hiphop! LOL! love the dance moves and the outfit,esp the vest! hhahas..
overall, the band did great! ^^ esp the last part..then after that, i was time to go back to the band room while the sec1 and their parents moved out of the hall to check out the booths prepared by the various CCAs. then from there, farah had to go early to collect her scholarship..gambatte farah! ^_^! actually, we were supposed to go for drills, but thankfully they let us off early! yay! so zahara and i went to get changed in our normal school uniform. After that, we toured around school to see the various booths when we conicidently bumped into emily and aisyah! they had to go off a bit later then us, so we decided that we meet them at the school concourse when they're done.
It was so funny because many of the seniors thought i was a sec1 ..one even came up to me and ask.."so u want to join girls brigade?!" in was like " OKAY! SURE! ^^" then they led me up to their booths and i finally said.." actually im im sec 3. =.=!" LOLOLOL! and zahara was laughing all the way! sheesh! i seriously have to grow taller! of not ppl will mistaken me for a sec 1! finally, we met up with emily and aisyah and we went home together.
uhhhh...it was a very exahuasting day for me..and currently now im down with a bad cough and flu plus fever..UGH! well..will update next week then.
